For a pizza that tastes okay, waiting 2 hours even though they said "30 to 45 minutes waiting time" on the phone is not acceptable, unfortunately you have slacked off: /

Would like to give 0 stars. After more than 2 hours called and asked where the food was. "Colleague is leaving in 10 minutes" Didn't feel like waiting any longer, so called again and asked how long the colleague would need. "We don't have a free driver at the moment." Aha, so we went there ourselves, food should be ready for us. Once there, the meal was not ready. We had to wait another 15 minutes. So finally ate after 3 hours. Pizza was so good in taste. Definitely not worth the time, and then had the most violent d **** fall in a long time. Never again.

Delivery time 2.5 hours, although 50 minutes were specified. Pizza cold and mushy on the ground.

Used for about 7 km 2.5 hours. The food was almost cold, the pizza base was sloppy and the cardboard boxes soaked through. after about 75 minutes I was told the driver left and another hour later I was told the same thing again. Poor performance.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews, but not regarding the delivery time, which was ok. In addition to a pizza margherita, I ordered a rocket salad with tomatoes and parmesan cheese for 9.00. Unfortunately, the rocket with the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese was only decoration and it covered the actual green salad nicely, so that you couldn't see the fraud when it was delivered. 2/3 of the salad was a normal green salad, mainly iceberg lettuce, which ended up in the garbage can. In addition, it wasn't even dressed with balsamic dressing, which is part of a rocket. There was no bread either. When I called, the boss said I should have said that I only wanted rocket. Hello? If the menu says rocket salad, then I also expect rocket salad, especially for 9.00. My complaint was not taken seriously, my interlocutor just kept repeating, he can't do anything, he's just the operator ... So customer friendliness and willingness to solve 0 stars. Actually, you should report this fraud, but do the stress to yourself? I'm guaranteed never to order there again and can only advise everyone against it!

Absolute disaster, 3.5 hours of waiting, incomplete delivery and rude driver. Never again!!!

Eaten very tasty. Service is very friendly, a drink on the house. Dog got water. All in all, recommendable, even if the terrace is on the main street and it's not necessarily quiet. Nevertheless clear recommendation to go out to eat. Price-performance ratio is right.

Delivery hour delay. Get the wrong pizza (ordered pepperoni sausage get Margherita) super delicious.

Again an hour over time. Called. The order wasn't out yet. So waited 2 hours for nothing. Really unreasonable with a small child. The food was mostly very good, even if it was often cold because it was too late. Too bad. Was the last time today

3 hours waiting time and delivery - an absolute disaster. 4 dishes were ordered, the delivery time was 60 minutes. After a waiting time of 90 minutes there was neither food nor information that it was delayed. We called Pomodoro and it was said "the food is on the way and should be there". Mind you, the pizzeria is 8 minutes away from us. After a further 30 minutes - i.e. one hour late - the delivery came and instead of the 4 ordered only 3 dishes arrived ... The supplier stated that the subsequent delivery will arrive in 7-8 minutes, again it has 40 minutes lasted and then came the missing food. Conclusion: The dinner turned into a midnight meal and the evening was ruined. The store is just messy, uncoordinated, no communication available and customer service miserable. Never again, that's for sure.

The pizza itself was delicious ... but only after I reheated it in the oven. First it comes 15 minutes late, which would not be a problem in itself, but then it is no longer hot but at best 35 degrees warm. When I wanted to complain about it shortly after receiving it at 8:55 p.m. nobody answered because the door was closed at 9 p.m. Update. Then I reached someone. I was told that my pizza might be ready before the supplier left and it was cold because of it. I was also offered to do the pizza again. I will still order somewhere else in the future.

Delivery time unacceptable, no one on the phone knew anything about the order, called a third time and again no one knew, so it was clear that the first call nobody had looked after the order ... After two hours (an hour was said on the phone ) the food came then.

My family and I were regular customers for years, now there is an increasing lack of food and this is not brought later, so paid and not received. If this were only the case once, it would not be so bad, but this accumulates.
